Privacy

The short version

No account, no login, no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. Your answers are stored anonymously so the benchmark improves. Your email is stored only if you type it in.

What is collected

• — Your twelve answers and the resulting score. Stored anonymously.
• — Optional context you provide: the vendor name, your sector, country, and which role you selected.
• — Referrer and campaign parameters, to understand where visitors came from.
• — A truncated, salted hash of your IP address. Used only to rate-limit abuse. The raw address is never stored and the hash is not reversible to an address.
• — Your email, only if you choose to enter it.

Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

Anonymous submissions are processed under legitimate interests — building an aggregate benchmark of how buyers assess AI vendors. The data does not identify you and is not combined with anything that would.

Email is processed under consent, given when you submit it, and withdrawable at any time by replying to any message or writing to the address below.

Analytics

Vercel Analytics — aggregate page views only, cookie-free, with no cross-site tracking and no personal data. That is why this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Where it is stored

Supabase (Postgres), London region. Hosting by Vercel. Submissions are insert-only from the browser — the public key used by this site cannot read a single stored row.

What is published

Individual submissions are never published. Aggregate statistics may be, and only where enough responses exist for a figure to be meaningful. Anything published reports what buyers said — this site makes no claim of its own about any named company.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of anything relating to you, and complain to the ICO. Because submissions are anonymous, a deletion request can only be actioned where you provided an email that identifies the record.
